OVERVIEW: 

We’re looking for an experienced mobile developer specializing in Flutter to help us rebuild a few mobile apps. One of these apps has about 200K downloads the other are more of internal support apps (this one has already been rebuilt using Flutter).

We have a few backend applications which we’ll need you to help build and maintain - such as our Membership Admin app (built in Kotlin - now migrating to flutter) and our internal “Information Center” app which is like a mobile version of the primary functions of our intranet (built in Flutter).

We have a few backend developers who will provide you with APIs to use to talk to our databases, but it would be helpful if you are comfortable with or at least a bit familiar with how backend development works.

SKILLSETS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

• You must have at least 1 year of experience building an app with Flutter.
• You should have at least 3 years of experience building mobile apps in either Kotlin, Java, Swift or Flutter.
• You should have lots of experience with using RESTful Services and APIs. 
• Experience with GraphQL is a big plus.
• You should have lots of experience with push notifications via Firebase.
• Some experience consuming AWS Services such as - API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, Cloudfront and S3 is a very good plus.
• Decent/Medium level English is required.
• We have graphic designers in house, but you should have a good feel for how to design UIs to be simple and intuitive. 
• If you have experience with automated testing of mobile apps that would be great.
• You should be very comfortable using git.
