We seek an HR Generalist to drive the evolution of our growing team through recruitment, policy development, and culture building. You will report directly to the CEO and PMO Manager, ensuring our HR practices align with our technical and operational growth.

Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor | Location: Remote (Colombia)

Required Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategic HR roles in technology companies.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing,interviewing, selection, offer, onboarding).
  • Demonstrated ability to build HR processes and policies from scratch.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups.

  • Knowledge of HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.

  • Experience managing contractors/freelancers and staff augmentation models.
  • Certification in CIPD, SHRM, or similar professional HR credentials.

  • Conversational English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent planning aligned with business growth.
  • Design, document, and maintain HR policies ensuring legal compliance and global industry standards.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, offboarding, and retention insights.
  • Implement performance management systems including OKRs, 360° feedback, and career development.
  • Build and sustain strong culture through engagement initiatives and employee relations.
  • Coordinate with PMO to align hiring with project capacity and client staffing needs.
