About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SSRS Developer (SQL Server Reporting Services) to join our team on a full-time basis. The selected professional will design, develop, and deploy robust reporting solutions that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in SSRS and T-SQL with strong data modeling skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, parameterized, and performant reports.

Responsabilities

• Design, develop, and deploy reports using SSRS, including tables, matrices, subreports, parameters, and drill-down functionality.
• Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Build and maintain parameterized reports leveraging SSRS expressions.
• Perform data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning within SQL Server.
• Translate business requirements into accurate, well-structured reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to follow reporting standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing reports to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Document report logic, data sources, and technical specifications.
• Participate in functional reviews to validate report structure and outputs.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Strong, proven experience with SSRS: report design, development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in T-SQL: complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and query optimization.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server: data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS expressions and parameterized report design.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical reporting solutions.
• Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
• Only candidates from Latin America.
