Sales Engineer - Construction Materials

As a Sales Engineer, you will join an expanding team and play a pivotal role in identifying sales opportunities, implementing actions plans, and continue to increase the brand presence within the Malaysia market in line with the business goals. With a keen eye for detail, this driven sales professional will work closely with Architects, Project Managers, Civil Engineers, Construction Companies to sell in the solutions at the design stage, ensuring that products meet the project specifications.

To succeed in the role, this knowledgeable Sales Engineer will collaborate with the internal sales team to devise strategic sales strategies and initiate action plans to ensure that sales are precisely calibrated to meet both mid and short-term business objectives. It is crucial that the individual will be diligently identifying customer needs and sales opportunities within the construction industry.

This respected institution is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales / business development and a deep understanding of construction material applications. The ideal individual for this position should hold a bachelors degree, with preference given to those with a background in Civil Engineering. Preferably, the individual will have at least 1-2 years of experience in waterproofing applications. Strong English language skills are essential.
