PA Services For You Limited is a specialist complex care provider based in Crawley, delivering high-quality, person-centred support to young adults with complex needs in their own homes and within the local community.

We work with young adults with a wide range of complex care needs including neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge, providing tailored care that helps people live with greater independence, confidence, happiness and fulfilment.

As PA Services For You Limited continues to grow, we are now looking to appoint an experienced and compassionate CQC Registered Manager to join our office team in Crawley and play a key role in the next stage of our development.

About the Role

As our CQC Registered Manager, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to support the future vision of PA Services For You Limited and ensure our services continue to be delivered to the highest standard.

You will be responsible for the effective management, development and compliance of our regulated care services, helping to ensure that individuals receive safe, responsive and person-centred support.

No two days will be the same. You will be involved in leading and supporting a dispersed care workforce, maintaining excellent standards of quality and compliance, strengthening relationships with families and professionals, and helping to create a positive culture where both clients and staff can thrive.

This role would suit someone who is not only confident in regulatory leadership, but who is also passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young adults with complex needs.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Experience: Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting, ideally supporting people with complex needs such as learning disabilities, neurological conditions or acquired brain injuries.
• Knowledge: Strong and up-to-date knowledge of the adult social care sector, including the CQC regulatory framework, care standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Leadership Skills: The ability to recruit, select, lead, supervise and motivate a dispersed care workforce with a firm but supportive approach.
• Person-Centred Approach: A compassionate, empowering and respectful approach to care, with a genuine commitment to promoting independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
• Location and Travel: You should live within approximately 15 miles of Crawley, West Sussex, hold a full and valid UK or EU/EAA driving licence, and have access to your own vehicle.
