Reporting to our Social and Sustainable Procurement Lead, you will play a key role in leading, supporting, and delivering on various social and sustainable procurement projects. Your dynamic responsibilities will span from business development to thought leadership and product development.

About You:
To thrive in this role, you will showcase your:

• Commitment to sustainability, with a deep understanding of ESG requirements and the ability to advise organisations on Circular Economy, Decarbonisation, and Modern Slavery.
• Demonstrable experience in implementing ESG requirements in / with / for organisations, navigating complex environments successfully
• Developing strategies for organisations to spend money for good.
• Procurement experience with a keen understanding of government initiatives and legislative frameworks for ESG / social procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Australian policies impacting ESG / social procurement outcomes.
• Solving complex problems and developing strategies for success
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including scoping, time management, risk management, budgets, and performance measurement.
• A dynamic team player - we work hard and share tasks across the team as projects evolve.
