About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with the most important advertisers in our China Export business. You will play a key role in expanding existing relationships, ensuring advertiser satisfaction, and maximizing revenue potential. Your ability to understand client needs, deliver data-driven advertising solutions, and act as a trusted advisor will be crucial to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with top advertisers to ensure retention and prevent migration to competing platforms.
- Continuously acquire in-depth knowledge of key customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
- Identify and propose innovative advertising solutions that align with client objectives to drive growth.
- Ensure seamless and timely delivery of advertising solutions to top-tier clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact between advertisers and internal client teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Resolve challenges and address client concerns proactively to maintain trust and protect revenue.
- Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximize growth potential.
- Organize and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with top advertisers.
- Prepare regular progress reports and provide key account insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager with a track record of managing high-value accounts in the China Export industry.
- Strong background in digital advertising, performance marketing, and SEM with hands-on experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with professionals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (business-level or native) for communication with Chinese counterparts and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience assisting clients in Chinas export sector and familiarity with local market dynamics.
- Prior experience working with tech platforms or digital marketing firms.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Office/G-Suite collaboration tools.
