The company has a vision to provide top quality products and impeccable services. They are currently looking for a Demand and Supply Planner to be an integral part of their perfume / parfum business domestic and travel retail to assist and continue to improve the Value Chain globally.
Job Description
Your major responsibilities will involve sales forecasts for existing products, collecting, checking and analyzing all necessary information in order to increase forecasting accuracy and service level.
Your other responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing departments on new products forecasting and act as pivot to integrate it in the global forecast.
- Acts as a forecasting interface with local and central departments.
- Manage phase-in and phase-out implications on forecast and cannibalization of
- novelties on existing products.
- Participate in forecast validation process to match forecast against budget and related
- revisions, TYP and budget definition.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to demand planning and actual sales (Forecast accuracy)
- Develop the forecasting process, proposing new forecasting models and acting with IT as key user for the pertinent application implementation/development.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess a degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning. Experience of using Power BI is a must. You should also be strong in quantitative data analysis skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
