As part of this commitment, they are looking for an experienced HR Director to join their team in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) where the successful candidate will partner with business leaders to drive impactful HR initiatives and ensure a thriving work environment.
Job Description
Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will be responsible to:
- Become a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement the right people and organizational solutions to execute against the business strategy
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the organization values.
- Lead, guide and motivate HR team members in supporting, organizing, and executing HR strategies and policies while ensuring compliance to local regulations
- Leverage your deep HR knowledge to advise on best practices in organizational effectiveness, compensation, leadership development, and other relevant areas.
- Drive and support change management and transformation initiatives across the group
Requirements
To be successful, you will have:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources/Business Administration/Psychology or related field with at least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Experience in leading and motivating teams is a must
- Prior experience in working in a MNC environment will be highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to workforce/manpower
- Ability to deal with multinational stakeholders with proven track record of successfully driving HR projects/initiatives
- People-oriented leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
