In the midst of strengthening their technical teams, they are actively looking for a Senior IT Engineer to provide high-quality end-user support to their stakeholders. In this this role, you will closely support business teams on their technical issues on a daily basis.

Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide a customer-oriented approach on first and second level technical issues related to laptops, mobile devices, printers, workstations
• Develop and maintain an inventory of all IT assets including monitors, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and data cleansing of workstations, printers and peripherals
• Participate in roll-out of new technologies/projects across the Singapore office 
• Maintain and update relevant documentations on SOPs/processes and provide recommendations on improvements requirements

The Successful Applicant

To be successful, you will have:

• Diploma or degree holder in IT, computer science or relevant fields
• At least 8 years of end-user support experience, including supporting VIPs and regional stakeholders
• Prior experience in the legal industry/law firms and similar professional industries will be highly regarded
• Strong experience in IT operations, with knowledge in AD, MS365, cloud. 
• Excellent customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of pro-activeness and urgency
