Job Description

Our client is a Professional Service/Consulting company is seeking a driven and experienced Client Services Lead with sales acumen. This role involves managing large advertisers, coaching managers, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and achieve business results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue growth for strategic accounts and direct client-facing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Client Industry Managers to design and implement sales plans.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners in the Greater China Region.
  • Build and help run Business reviews (quarterly, monthly, weekly) for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure partner objectives are met by liaising with internal teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of partner business goals and provide actionable insights.
  • Become an expert in advertising campaign best practices and drive performance-related opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings, present solutions, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Advise key advertisers on media strategies and product features.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of digital advertising sales experience, managing high-value relationships, driving strategic learning agendas, and owning client communication. Experience working with Greater China Export advertisers is required.
  • Fluency in Business Mandarin and English (as you will be handling the China counterpart and stakeholders)
  • Expertise in digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, and product/platform knowledge.
  • Experience leading teams of key account managers and managing high-value relationships.
  • Technical foundation in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies.
  • Experience with Ecommerce & Retail-based advertisers.
  • Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools.
