They are in the process of reinventing themselves to keep ahead of consumer demands and they aim to maintain and improve their current performance regionally and internationally. As part of this commitment, they are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Analyst to contribute in this area.
Job Description
Your major responsibilities will be mainly analysing the country's data and trends and compares analyses. You will have to present findings and works with the Regional Merchandising Manager to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into detail.
- Works closely with country's merchandising heads and regional product leaders to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve business processes.
- Follow up and track the implementation of key business strategies across the country with respective country's merchandising heads.
- Analyze drivers for an underperforming category and recommend corrective actions.
- Create high impact communication and presentations for business reviews with Country Heads and APAC President Eg Monthly Merchandising KPI review.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in consumer or fashion industry will be an advantage. You should also be strong with analytics as well as be sensitive to trends. Experience in advanced Excel and Power BI. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
