The hiring company is a well-established technology & infrastructure firm that powers the technology for some of the largest MNCs and famous brand names across industries. As part of their growth, they are actively hiring for a Datacentre Operations Manager to lead and mentor the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide overall expertise in the company's data center network operations functions
• Design, implement, and oversee intricate core and data center network infrastructure to ensure optimal availability, performance, and scalability.
• Be the escalation point of contact for critical network services for internal and external customers
• Lead, coach and motivate a highly responsive and customer-focused team of L1/L2/L3 NOC engineers to ensure the effective operation of the NOC
• Collaborate across teams to align network infrastructure with business objectives and emerging technology trends.
• Ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met
• Ensure network operations are in compliance to regulatory and industry standards while identifying and implementing operational efficiencies best practices to improve productivity and performance

Job Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualifications in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in network engineering, preferably with team management experience
• Certifications in CCNA/CCNP/ITIL
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP
• Prior experience in data center networking experience with network security practices and firewall configuration will be highly regarded
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
