Deputy General Manager (F&B Industry)

They are actively recruiting for a Deputy General Manager to drive, implement and grow the company's operations locally. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in steering strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering growth within a dynamic and past-paced F&B market. 

Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth-oriented strategic plan aligned with company vision and industry trends.
• Implement robust operational management systems, processes, and policies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness while complying to internal SOPs.
• Motivate and lead a high performance management team to achieve sales, profitability and business objectives
• Ensure marketing strategies and store operations are relevant based on market trends, customers feedback, and competitor activities 

Requirements

To be successful, you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business management or related fields
• Proven track record of success in a senior management executive role, preferably with experience in start-up environments/market entry/store expansions
• Experience in F&B or quick-service restaurant is a must to excel in this role. Prior experience in international F&B brands will be highly regarded.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and functions, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership ability, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve and exceed targets
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a dedication to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
