Your Role

As our Operations Director, you will:

• Launch & Scale: Craft and execute strategies to establish brand presence and expand operations across the Philippines.
• Drive Excellence: Develop robust operational systems, including supply chain, workflows, and KPIs, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Lead Financial Success: Oversee P&L, optimize costs, and drive profitability while delivering strong revenue growth.

What Were Looking For

• Proven leader with 15+ years of operations experience in F&B, QSR, or retail industries.
• Strong background in market entry, store expansion, and multi-store management.
• Expertise in P&L management, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional skills in team leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with the Philippine market and its regulatory landscape.
• Tech-savvy, with experience implementing POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.
• A results-driven, adaptable leader with a passion for building brands and delivering excellence.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related fields (MBA preferred).
