Your Role
As the Country HRBP, you will be instrumental in:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals in the Philippines.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead the recruitment and onboarding of top talent, ensuring we have the right people to drive growth.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and promoting a strong organizational culture.
- Performance & Leadership Development: Drive performance management processes and leadership development programs to build strong capabilities across the organization.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR policies, compliance, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company values.
- Change Management: Support the business through growth and change, ensuring smooth transitions and strong employee support during critical phases.
What Were Looking For
- 10+ years in HR leadership roles, with experience in market entry, talent management, and driving HR strategy in fast-growing, dynamic environments.
- Proven track record in the F&B, retail, or QSR industries, with a deep understanding of the Philippines' labor market and business culture.
- Strong ability to partner with business leaders, influence key decisions, and drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Passion for building an engaged, high-performance culture and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
- Expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and local labor laws.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field from a recognized university.
