The hiring company is a renowned consulting firm with strong footprint in Asia. They are actively recruiting for a Procurement Consultant to manage the Real Estate & Services categories for their clients in Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity for an experienced procurement professional who is seeking a role with broad exposure in this category. 

Job Description

Your major responsibilities will involve managing your category portfolio mainly the Real Estate Services. 

Your other responsibilities include:

• Sourcing strategy ownership within the Real Estate Services category

• Strategic sourcing and negotiation with Vendors and Suppliers

• RFP/RFQ

• Perform root-cause analysis and identify gaps for improvements

• Extensive stakeholder engagement

• Client engagement and client facing

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies 
• At least 5 years of experience in Indirect Procurement or category management/strategic sourcing with exposure in real estate services preferably
• Prior experience in a consulting firm will be highly regarded
• Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to trends related to real estate services
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
