Order Fulfillment & Freight Manager

Our Client is one of the leading prestigious bands in the luxury market producing high-end Jewellery, Watches and Accessories through exclusive selected distributors and owned stores. The company has a vision to provide top quality products and impeccable services. They are currently looking for a Order Fulfilment & Freight Manager to be an integral part of their perfume/parfum business in both domestic and travel retail to assist and continue to improve the Value Chain globally.

Job Description

Your major responsibilities leading the team to provide excellent customer service assuring effective and efficient order management process, customer support, information provisioning and claims management. This role will be covering various regions in Asia.

Your other responsibilities include:

• Lead the team in effective end-to-end order management and delivery plan strategy and definition.
• Internal stakeholder management with regards to order fulfilment to last mile delivery.
• Management of 3PL in various geographical areas, working closely across different functions to uphold service standards.
• Participate in reporting on orders status, customer interactions and transactions in line with specific regions/channels.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a degree in Logistics or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Logistics. Experience of using Power BI is a must. You should also be strong in quantitative data analysis skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
