The hiring company is an established brand in the hospitality industry, with strong footprints across South-East Asia. They are currently hiring a Senior/Procurement Executive to be a crucial member of their regional team, helping to enhance the Value Chain in light of their expansion.
Job Description
Your major responsibilities will involve managing various categories for the group across their various locations in South-East Asia, working closely with suppliers and strategic partners.
Your other responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and negotiation with Vendors and Suppliers
- Vendors/Supplier Performance Management
- RFP/RFQs
- Perform root-cause analysis and identify gaps for improvements
- Procurement activities to support product trials & NPIs
- Monthly Distributor meetings
- Extensive Stakeholder engagement
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies
- 4 years of experience in Procurement or Category Management with experience in strategic sourcing and tenders
- Prior experience in handling facilities management services will be highly regarded
- Ability to travel around the region and strong communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders are essential
