We are seeking a Procurement Excellence & Operations Manager to lead the transformation of our procurement operations and drive strategic efficiencies across the region. What Youll Do

• Lead the regional Procurement Operations team and drive functional excellence
• Implement global procurement policies and ensure compliance
• Leverage technology & analytics to enhance decision-making
• Drive procurement transformation by developing and executing a strategic roadmap
• Manage supplier relationships, risk, and governance to ensure sustainable and cost-effective procurement

What Youll Bring

• 7+ years of procurement experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
• Background in multinational companies with international exposure
• Strong expertise in procurement operations, compliance, and process excellence
• Advanced MS Office skills and experience with procurement platforms (SAP Ariba preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder & supplier management skills
