About the Company:
A renowned FMCG company with strong footprints in Asia is looking to expand its Procurement Operations team in Malaysia. They are actively hiring an experienced Procurement Excellence & Operations Manager to drive and implement the transformation of the company's procurement operations and drive strategic efficiencies across the region. If you're a procurement professional with a passion for innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional Procurement Operations team and drive functional excellence
- Implement global procurement policies and ensure compliance
- Leverage technology & analytics to enhance decision-making
- Drive procurement transformation by developing and executing a strategic roadmap
- Manage supplier relationships, risk, and governance to ensure sustainable and cost-effective procurement
Requirements:
- 7+ years of procurement experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
- Background in multinational companies with international exposure
- Strong expertise in procurement operations, compliance, and process excellence
- Strong experience with procurement platforms (SAP Ariba preferred) is a must for this position
- Excellent stakeholder & supplier management skills
- Ability to commute across various locations in Selangor
