About the Company:

A renowned FMCG company with strong footprints in Asia is looking to expand its Procurement Operations team in Malaysia. They are actively hiring an experienced Procurement Excellence & Operations Manager to drive and implement the transformation of the company's procurement operations and drive strategic efficiencies across the region. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional Procurement Operations team and drive functional excellence
  • Implement global procurement policies and ensure compliance
  • Leverage technology & analytics to enhance decision-making
  • Drive procurement transformation by developing and executing a strategic roadmap
  • Manage supplier relationships, risk, and governance to ensure sustainable and cost-effective procurement

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years of procurement experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Background in multinational companies with international exposure
  • Strong expertise in procurement operations, compliance, and process excellence
  • Strong experience with procurement platforms (SAP Ariba preferred) is a must for this position
  • Excellent stakeholder & supplier management skills
  • Ability to commute across various locations in Selangor
