The company has a vision to combine innovation, knowledge and products. With increasing demand and new business ventures, they are currently looking for a Head of Operations (Product Development) to be an integral part of their business to assist and continue to improve the Value Chain.
Job Description
Your major responsibilities will involve leading the Operations (Product Development) mass production manufacturing strategy and work closely with the NPI team to launch strategies and create long term product plans. This is a strategic leadership position with a global portfolio.
Your other responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement and execute operations strategy globally within the automation technology space
- Full ownership of strategy
- P&L management
- Development and management of several direct reports across the region
- Continuously seeking out new technology for the business
The Successful Applicant
You should possess a degree in Engineering (any field) and you must have a significant years of experience in Engineering and Operations as well as people management. Experience in Technology, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Electronic/Battery sectors will be an advantage. You should also be strong with analytics as well as be sensitive to trends, being curious about product development and constantly upgrading yourself through research. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
