Located centrally in Singapore, they are actively expanding their Business Development team and are hiring for a driven Business Development Manager to sell their solutions across South-East Asia (B2B). This is an exciting role with growth opportunities internally.
Job Description;
Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible to:
- Identify and build relationships with key decision makers among qualified prospects through networking and proactive engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, designing and articulating complex business solutions for new and existing clients.
- Nurture and optimize strategic partnerships to support commercial goals.
- Represent the company at key industry events.
- Be a self-starter capable of closing large-scale solutions contracts.
The Successful Applicant
- A solutions-driven salesperson who is eager to deeply understand customer needs, business environments, and challenges as this is a hunter role.
- Prior experience in selling B2B solutions in the financial services, fintech, CRM, Saas industry will be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial acumen with an engaging personality and solid business network
- Ability to travel around the region to engage with potential leads/key stakeholders (20%)
