About the Role

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree or Masters in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent.
• 17+ years of experience in a leadership role, overseeing complete business operations from sales to production in a chemical or specialty coatings environment.
• Experience leading a commercial team, managing production plants, and holding P&L responsibility for a substantial sales volume.
• Deep understanding of the chemical or specialty coatings and pigments sector.
• Strong people leadership, team development, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
• Track record of driving operational improvements, cost control, and implementing best practices in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
