With increasing demand and new business ventures, they are currently looking for a Head of HR to formulate HR strategies and action plans that are aligned with the business strategies and businesses growth.

Job Description

Your major responsibilities as a Head of HR are to support the business in formulating HR strategies and action plans that are aligned with the business strategies and businesses growth for the whole of South-East Asia and Pacific.

Your other responsibilities include:

  • Provide HR expertise and partner client groups in HR change management initiatives, linking human resource strategies to business objectives.
  • Provide guidance to management, lead/support on a wide range of matters, including employee engagement and HR policies and programs.
  • Lead team member to oversee the day-to-day operations of HR in support of the employee life cycle onboarding and offboarding, development, performance management, exiting and mobility.
  • Ensure the organization's talent management practices align with industry best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function in according with Country strategies, Zone/Corporate HR policies and Local Labor Laws.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, Human Resources or equivalent related studies, and you must have a minimum of 10 years of HR Business Partnering & Leadership experience. An experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical devices or the FMCG industry would be an advantage. You should also be collaborative with an outcome focus, with good working knowledge of mobility, employment legislation, general HR policies and best practices. There will be a 10-15% of travel required for this role.
