You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize DTC channel operations to enhance customer journeys across all touchpoints.
  • Manage membership programs to drive engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Lead private domain operations, leveraging data to create personalized user experiences.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the SEA User Operations Director and internal teams to align strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all DTC platforms.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Performance marketing/Growth Hacker  


What Were Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of DTC operations, membership management, and private domain strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (A/B testing, CRM tools, Tableau/Power BI, etc)
  • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in managing operations in a digital business environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
