Overview:
We are looking for a .NET Developer with experience in Azure and Blazor to join a HealthTech startup based in Chicago, USA. You will be working on the next iteration of an enterprise healthcare analytics product evolving an existing solution to improve performance, scalability, and user experience. Advanced English communication skills are essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain web applications using .NET and Blazor.

  • Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.

  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.

  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience working with .NET technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with Blazor framework.

  • Solid understanding of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and modern application architecture.

  • Familiarity with Entity Framework, SQL Server, and CI/CD practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Advanced English language skills (written and verbal) are required.

  • Previous experience in healthcare or startups is a plus.

  • Initial 6-month contract with potential extension to a 1-year full-time engagement.

  • Working hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Argentina time)

Interview Process:

  • HR Interview (Arcadia): Conducted partly in Spanish and partly in English.

  • Technical Interview (Arcadia): With a technical lead from our team.

  • Technical Interview (Client): Fully in English, with the client based in Chicago.
