Overview:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Playwright to join a mature team transitioning to agile methodologies. You will play a key role in a Digital Innovation project aimed at optimizing internal processes and boosting product development efficiency for the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain a scalable QA automation framework using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.
Develop and execute automated UI (end-to-end) and API tests.
Integrate test scripts into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Analyze test results, report bugs in Jira, and collaborate closely with developers.
Participate in defining quality strategy and contribute to agile ceremonies.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
Proven experience building test automation frameworks from scratch with Playwright.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience in API automation testing (RESTful).
Solid understanding of design patterns (e.g., Page Object Model).
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
Experience with Git and Jira.
Knowledge of performance or security testing.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in the travel industry is a plus.

100% remote work (only for candidates based in Argentina).
Working hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Argentina time)
