Our client is a Logistics company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of Taxation Manager.

The Digital Marketing & Customer Experience manager is in charge of the overall Digital and Customer Experience strategy for the company.


The manager will coordinate all digital marketing and content management for digital solutions, to enhance digital visibility and relevance in the markets, and generate leads and customer engagement.


This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and 
overseeing digital marketing campaigns as well as short-term advertising techniques.

The manager will 
also coordinate all efforts in simplifying the Customer experience and delivering a seamless experience across all stages and touchpoints in the customer journey, to achieve greater customer satisfaction, increased efficiency, and profitability.

Requirements

Develops digital strategies that drive customers to the website

Leads the design and continuous improvement of the user experience on all Customer-interfacing

Digital Solutions, including website and mobile Apps.

Improves the design, user experience, traffic, and content of the website

Maintains consistent brand messaging and content management throughout all platforms

Creates targeted campaigns to generate leads and revenues in specific markets or industries

Develops appropriate sales and customer support including brochures, presentations, video tutorials

Uses advanced metrics to measure the success of revenue-generating campaigns

Ensures that the business follows a customer-centric approach and delivers a smooth, unfragmented

and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints, channels, and system platforms, at all stages of the customer journey.

Coordinates with all internal stakeholders to enhance and transform the Customer experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor Required. Master or MBA preferred

A minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in Marketing, Communications,

Customer experience or Product Management

Must have experience with the E-commerce Logistics industry.

Successful experience in managing the customer experience journey in a service industry

Deep knowledge of web design principles

Strategic thinking and foresight.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology

Strong project management skills

Familiar with Human-Centric Design and Quality Management Systems concepts

Fluent in English. Arabic Preferred
