One of our clients in the restaurant & hospitality industry-a fast-growing, chef-driven café group is looking for an Marketing Manager for its business growing operations. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for overall business operations. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement,
supporting sales growth, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms. The Marketing Manager oversees all promotional activities, digital marketing, menu launches, seasonal campaigns, and public communication for the company.
Location: Kuwait
Years of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.

Job Description
1. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Implement strategies to increase customer traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Operations to support new product launches, promotions, and branch openings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
2. Digital & Social Media Management
- Plan and manage social media content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Maintain an active online presence that reflects the brand image.
- Oversee content creation, photography, videography, and design.
- Monitor online engagement, comments, and reviews to support customer communication.
- Use analytics to track performance and adjust digital strategies accordingly.
3. Brand Development & Visual Identity
- Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Coordinate with design teams to produce menus, posters, packaging, and digital assets.
- Maintain consistent branding across all branches, products, and media channels.
4. Campaigns, Promotions & Events
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for special events, holidays, and product launches.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners for joint promotions or sponsorships.
- Track campaign effectiveness and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
5. Customer Engagement & Feedback Management
- Monitor customer feedback across digital platforms and respond professionally when needed.
- Analyze customer preferences and recommend improvements to enhance overall guest experience.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure marketing supports branch performance.
6. Collaboration with Operations & Production
- Coordinate with Executive Chef and Operations for menu photoshoots and product updates.
- Ensure accurate representation of items in advertising materials.
- Support internal communication for new launches, staff awareness, and promotional rollouts.
7. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Evaluate suppliers, printing companies, and advertising partners for best pricing.
8. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports for management.
- Document campaign results, customer insights, and ROI analysis.
- Maintain a marketing calendar for promotions, events, and content planning.
