Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Arabic Annotator to join our team on a freelance, part-time or full-time basis. As an Arabic Annotator, you will be responsible for analyzing and annotating large volumes of Arabic text data to help improve our language processing tools and solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in Arabic and has a strong understanding of the subtleties of Standard Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate large volumes of Arabic text data according to specific guidelines and standards
• Identify and tag different linguistic features in the text, such as parts of speech, syntax, and semantics
• Provide accurate and detailed annotations to improve the performance of our language processing tools
• Collaborate with the language experts and data scientists to ensure high-quality annotations
• Continuously monitor and review the annotated data to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Communicate any issues or challenges with the data to the team and suggest solutions

Qualifications

• Native proficiency in Arabic
• Strong understanding of the subtleties of Standard Arabic
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in language annotation or data annotation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is preferred

Contract Details

This is a freelance, part-time or full-time position with flexible working hours. The contract length will be determined based on the project requirements. The position is open to remote work.
