Director/ General Manager

Our client is the leading pharmaceutical and healthcare company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to maximize sales performance and market penetration.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with the proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
