Project Executive (Media Relation)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with media for collaborations and explore new opportunities.
• Develop advertising and advertorial plans for online and offline media targeting overseas markets.
• Regularly update the media list and track the effectiveness of collaborations.
• Create press materials and pitch stories to media outlets.
• To enhance exhibitor exposure, plan and execute media activities, including eDM development and distribution.

Requirements: 

• Degree in marketing, communication, or a related business discipline. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in media relations, preferably in the exhibition industry. 
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English; strong skills in MS Office applications. 
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently. 
• Willingness to undertake occasional trips to mainland China.
