Senior/ Media Relation Executive

Our client, a leading exhibition company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong media relationships to foster collaboration and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and implement advertising and advertorial plans for overseas media, both online and offline.
• Regularly update and review the media list, monitor collaboration outcomes, and track effectiveness.
• Create press materials and pitch compelling stories to media outlets.
• Enhance exposure for exhibitions and exhibitors through diverse promotional channels.
• Plan and execute media activities across online and offline platforms.
• Craft, develop, and distribute engaging eDM campaigns.
• Coordinate annual event plans, allocate resources effectively, and manage overseas event arrangements.

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in media relations, ideally within the exhibition industry.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with strong skills in MS Office applications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to mainland China.
