About the job Assistant / Marketing Executive
Our client, a leading exhibition company, is looking for an enthusiastic and capable professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and invite new buyers or associations to participate in both online and offline activities.
- Represent the company at overseas events or conferences to generate buyer leads and explore cooperation opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with associations and third-party organizations to drive collaborations.
- Develop and nurture strong ties with key buyers and associations, ensuring their needs and market trends are consistently addressed.
- Plan and execute promotion campaigns or events targeting both overseas markets and mainland China.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver excellent on-site services for overseas buyers.
- Create and refine content for social media, presentations, publications, and reports.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including website updates, social media promotions, EDMs, SEO, and SEM, to enhance traffic and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, promotions, or event/exhibition/conference management.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is essential); fluency in an additional foreign language is a bonus.
- Previous experience working with overseas clients is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to mainland China and overseas locations.
