Client Services Officer

Our client is the leading financial company.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong business relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Facilitate a variety of banking and investment transactions for clients, including structured products, equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, OTC derivatives, mutual funds, alternative investments, deposits, and loans.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, liaising with various local and international banks, investment firms, brokers, and internal departments.
• Provide administrative support to senior management, including coordinating client meetings, arranging business travel, and managing expense reimbursements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in client service within the private banking sector.
• Exceptional communication and client service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
