JOB PURPOSE:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be the strategic architect of Arajets commercial growth across North America. You will lead a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets, cultivate deep industry partnerships, and expand our market footprint. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, cultural intelligence, and a hands-on approach to account management in the dynamic aviation landscape.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute high-impact regional sales strategies to secure revenue targets and aggressive channel share growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-country sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and alignment with Arajets corporate vision.
- Rigorously monitor KPIs and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous individual and team improvement.
Market Expansion & Business Development
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, consolidators, tour operators and corporate clients.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and oversee contracts with major distributors and regional partners.
- Standardize and grow the regional prospect database to ensure a robust, high-yield sales funnel for new business.
Revenue & Yield Optimization
- Partner closely with Pricing and Revenue Management to synchronize sales tactics with dynamic pricing models.
- Synthesize market trends and competitor maneuvers into actionable insights to stay ahead of the curve.
- Audit sales metrics regularly, adjusting tactical plans in real-time to maximize seat yield and load factors.
Team Excellence & Coordination
- Adapt sales methodologies to the unique regulatory, economic, and cultural nuances of each market within the region.
- Act as the face of Arajet at industry trade shows, conferences, and high-profile regional events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in Sales and Business Development with a track record of managing high-performing, remote sales teams.
- Deep expertise in the Airline/Aviation industry is required. Familiarity with the US and Canadian markets, including established networks and cultural fluency.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with the tactical need to manage key accounts directly when necessary.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to travel often.
