Production Analyst

Job Purpose: 

The Production Control Officer is responsible for ensuring the continuous airworthiness and operational readiness of the fleet by validating maintenance documentation, coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, and adjusting maintenance plans in accordance with operational requirements and company policies. This position plays a key role in guaranteeing compliance with regulatory and organizational maintenance standards.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including maintenance teams, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. · The jobholder may assist in analyzing maintenance trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. · The role offers a learning opportunity for a planning engineer to develop their skills and knowledge in aircraft maintenance planning and gain exposure to the broader aviation industry.

Qualifications: 

· Engineer and/or certified Technologist in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or related technical discipline.

· Excellent planning and organisational capability.

· Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various teams, senior management, colleagues and suppliers.

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent standard of Spanish (written, conversational and comprehension).

· Proficiency in English (written, conversational and comprehension).

· Good computer literacy.

· Cost consciousness with the ability to find cost-efficient engineering and planning solutions.

·  Needs to live or reside close to Punta Cana.
