About the job On Board Retail Coordinator
JOB PURPOSE:
The Onboard Retail Coordinator is responsible for ensuring consistent and compliant operational execution of the onboard retail program across the airlines network of product loading stations. This role is critical to guaranteeing correct product loading, inventory accuracy, sales integrity, and a seamless onboard shopping experience for passengers.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper execution of onboard retail operations across all stations where aircraft provisioning and product loading take place.

Monitor compliance with airline operational procedures, retail manuals, and safety requirements related to onboard sales.

Validate correct product loading by route, aircraft type, and commercial plan.

Oversee inventory control processes, including loading, reconciliation, and post-flight sales accuracy.

Identify operational deviations impacting sales performance, revenue integrity, or passenger experience.

Strengthen revenue and sales controls through audits, checks, and process validation.

Conduct operational reviews at stations and onboard, documenting findings and corrective actions.

Collect and consolidate operational evidence to support performance analysis and root-cause identification.

Work closely with the Retail Analyst to align operational findings with sales, inventory, and revenue data.

Coordinate with ground operations, catering providers, and cabin crew to resolve execution issues.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across the airline network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in airline operations, inflight services, catering, retail, or inventory control.
- Strong understanding of airline operational environments and station-based execution.
- Experience working with SOPs, audits, and compliance controls.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify operational risks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with frontline and corporate teams.
