Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flight Dispatcher to join our team on a full-time basis. The Flight Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all flights. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all flight activities, including flight planning, weather monitoring, and communication with pilots and ground staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and update flight plans for all scheduled flights, taking into account weather conditions, aircraft performance, and airport restrictions

- Monitor weather conditions and provide timely updates to pilots and ground staff

- Communicate with pilots and ground staff to ensure all flights are operating according to schedule and in compliance with company and industry regulations

- Coordinate with maintenance and operations departments to ensure aircraft are properly equipped and maintained for each flight

- Monitor and track flights in real-time, providing support and assistance as needed

- Prepare and distribute flight briefing packages to pilots, including flight plans, weather reports, and any other relevant information

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all flight activities and communicate any changes or issues to appropriate parties

- Continuously monitor and assess flight operations to identify and address any potential safety concerns or operational inefficiencies

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between all aspects of flight operations

- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement in flight dispatch operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or education in aviation or related field preferred.

-Valid Flight Dispatcher license required.

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Flight Dispatcher, preferred in a charter or commercial airline environment

- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, procedures, and terminology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pilots, ground staff, and other team members

- Proficient in using flight planning software and other relevant computer systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
