Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting & Demand Modeling: Build, maintain, and calibrate route‑level demand forecasts (short/medium term) using historical bookings, seasonality, competitive schedules, events, and fare‑class behavior; recommend inventory controls and overbooking levels to maximize RASM.
  • Pricing Analytics: Monitor fares, availability, and competitive actions; run price tests (A/B where applicable); provide data‑driven pricing recommendations that balance yield and load factor.
  • Ancillary Revenue Insights: Track attach rates and conversion along the digital funnel (website/app/check‑in); quantify revenue impact of bundles, seats, baggage, upgrades; propose actions to lift ARPP and conversion.
  • Performance Dashboards: Design and automate BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) with KPIs such as RASM, PRASM, LF, Spoilage, Denied Boardings, Forecast Accuracy (MAPE), and Ancillary per Pax; deliver weekly/monthly performance readouts to Commercial leadership.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct structured experiments on price fences, fare rules, and booking‑flow placements; quantify elasticity and willingness‑to‑pay; document learnings into playbooks.
  • Data Engineering Liaison: Partner with Data/IT to improve data pipelines (PNRs, O&D, OAG schedules, competitor fares, web analytics), data quality, and latency; define business logic for segmentation and attribution models.
  • Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis: Support network and schedule changes with revenue scenarios; model impacts from new routes, frequency changes, and competitive entries/exits in Arajets regional network. (Arajet continues growing its pan‑regional network from the Dominican Republic.
