The Contract & Vendor Management Specialist is responsible for managing the contract lifecycle for Procurement & Logistics, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, renewal planning, and coordination with Legal and internal stakeholders. The role supports supplier governance and procurement controls by ensuring that contracts are properly structured, documented, monitored, and renewed in a timely manner as the organization scales its operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Manage the contract lifecycle for procurement agreements to ensure proper documentation, approval, execution, and renewal.
  • Coordinate contract drafting and review with Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of procurement contracts to ensure documentation accuracy and traceability.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal timelines to support proactive renegotiation and supplier re-tendering when required.
  • Ensure supplier agreements comply with procurement policies, internal approval processes, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain supplier documentation and onboarding records to ensure compliance and proper supplier governance.
  • Support supplier performance monitoring and assist in managing contract amendments and change orders.
  • Provide contract support during sourcing initiatives led by the procurement team.
  • Coordinate contract execution between suppliers, procurement, legal, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support internal audits and control reviews related to procurement contracts and supplier management.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Additional training or certification in contract management or procurement is desirable.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, legal operations, or vendor management.
  • Experience managing commercial contracts and coordinating with legal teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier governance practices.
  • Experience with procurement systems or ERP platforms is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
