The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring for assigned positions. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs, identify strong candidates, conduct evaluations, and provide an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
  • Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
