The Culture & HR Management Analyst is responsible for supporting and executing initiatives related to organizational culture, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and human resources processes. This role works closely with leaders and employees to promote a positive work environment, strengthen company values, and ensure the effective implementation of HR programs that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Support the development and execution of culture and engagement initiatives aligned with organizational values.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement recognition and employee experience programs.
  • Promote initiatives that strengthen collaboration, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, wellness activities, and culture campaigns.

HR Programs & Talent Management

  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of talent review and succession planning initiatives.
  • Monitor employee development programs and training activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems data accuracy.
  • Support onboarding and integration programs for new employees.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data and workforce metrics.
  • Generate reports on turnover, retention, engagement, performance, and other HR indicators.
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve employee experience and organizational performance.
  • Maintain dashboards and HR analytics tools.

Employee Relations

  • Support employees and managers with HR-related inquiries and processes.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Promote compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in employee communication initiatives and change management activities.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Support the implementation of new HR tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Employee Experience, or Culture-related roles.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and talent management practices.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.
