Job brief

We are seeking a Airport Services Supervisor responsible for supervising, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all operational services provided to the airline at the airport including those performed by the Ground Handler, Airport Administrator, and Government Authorities (such as Immigration, Customs, CESAC, and Health Services, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in airline ground operations or airport handling.
• Experience supervising ramp and passenger services operations in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety and operational procedures under Part 121 operations.
• Proficiency in turnaround coordination, load control, and GSE management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in real-time.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
• Computer literacy: DCS, MS Office, and operational reporting tools
• Must reside in Punta Cana or be willing to relocate.
