We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Division Controller to join our team at Arajet. As the Division Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities within the division. You will play a key role in driving the financial success of the division by providing accurate and timely financial information, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

- Monitor and analyze divisional financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase profitability.

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and making recommendations for improvement.

- Manage the division's cash flow and ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.

- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the division's financial success.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proven track record of managing and developing a team.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
