Job Description
The Scheduling & Network Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, development, and optimization of the airlines flight schedule and network. This role focuses on aircraft rotations, slot management, and network performance analysis to ensure operational feasibility, efficiency, and profitability.
Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Revenue Management, Customer Experience, Finance, Airports, and Commercial, the position plays a key role in driving data-driven decisions in a fast-paced and growth-oriented airline environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain flight schedules and aircraft rotations aligned with operational and commercial objectives.
- Manage and coordinate airport slots, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal utilization.
- Analyze network performance, including capacity, connectivity, and route profitability.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align scheduling decisions with operational, revenue, and customer experience strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance network performance.
- Support ad-hoc analysis related to schedule changes, new routes, and network adjustments.
- Ensure schedule integrity and timely updates across internal systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in analytical or planning roles (aviation a plus)
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- Advanced English and Spanish
