The Senior Benefits & Services Analyst is responsible for the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of employee benefits and HR service programs. This role ensures an exceptional employee experience through the effective management of benefits, vendor relationships, employee support services, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, disability, wellness, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits and HR services inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers and external vendors, monitoring service quality, contract compliance, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate annual enrollment processes, eligibility updates, benefit changes, and employee communications.
- Analyze benefits utilization, program effectiveness, and associated costs, providing recommendations for optimization and cost control.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement through benefits and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and benefits-related legal requirements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Conduct market benchmarking and benefits analysis to maintain competitive and attractive employee offerings.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to ensure accurate administration of benefits and employee services.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and service delivery models.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiencies within Benefits & Services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR functions.
- Experience managing benefit vendors and employee service programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with HRIS platforms.
- Knowledge of labor regulations and benefits administration practices.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
