The Tax Analyst will support the company's tax compliance and reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings while assisting with audits, reconciliations, and tax-related analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work with large volumes of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax calculations, returns, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Perform tax account reconciliations and investigate variances.
  • Support internal and external tax audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Analyze financial transactions to determine tax implications.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate tax reporting.
  • Maintain organized tax records and documentation.
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and communicate relevant updates.
  • Generate reports and analyses to support decision-making and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects related to tax planning and process improvements.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Tax, Accounting, Audit, or related financial roles.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Understanding of tax compliance processes and regulations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.

Language

  • Intermediate English (written and verbal).
