We are seeking a Sales Manager to manage high-volume digital distribution partners, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and metasearch platforms.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Own and grow end-to-end commercial relationships with OTA and metasearch partners across the region to maximize visibility, conversion, and absolute sales volume.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, override agreements, co-op marketing investments, and distribution visibility placements with key accounts.
  • Identify and integrate new distribution channels.
  • Monitor channel performance metrics daily (e.g., traffic acquisition, booking conversion, load factor contributions) and implement corrective tactical actions.
  • Partner with distribution, IT, and commercial teams to troubleshoot connectivity, mapping, or content display issues on partner platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other teams to leverage partner ecosystems.
  • Coordinate initiatives with local sales teams to provide product training and support where necessary.
  • Other responsibilities related to the role.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

  • Minimum 4–6 years of key account management experience, ideally focusing on OTAs (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com), bedbanks, and major metasearch channels within the airline or travel tech industry.
  • Track record of scaling indirect channel sales volume and managing complex commercial contracts.
  • Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS), API/connectivity integrations, and digital travel merchandising.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and high-stakes B2B account management.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret digital channel metrics, search trends, and pricing competitiveness.
  • Familiarity with airline/travel technology frameworks (API connectivity, NDC, GDS) a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset to evaluate product performance and market fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
