The Trade Marketing Analyst supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting commercial objectives. This role combines analytical thinking, creativity, and communication skills to develop marketing materials, coordinate campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and ensure consistent brand execution across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of trade marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Create and adapt visual marketing materials for digital and offline channels using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Assist in the development of marketing communications, advertising content, and promotional copy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Support email marketing initiatives, including content updates and basic HTML formatting when required.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the creation of presentations, sales support materials, and trade marketing assets.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign documentation.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the execution of brand activation and commercial marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related area.
  • Junior candidates with strong technical skills and high development potential will also be considered.
  • Solid proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML editing for email marketing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of copywriting and marketing content creation.
  • Fluent Spanish and intermediate English proficiency.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
