Job Summary: 

The Project Manager for a Technology Project will work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and
• implement technology projects that support the airline's overall business strategy.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time,within budget, and with the required level of quality.
• They will lead the technology team and other departmental teams to achieve project goals, managing risks and issues along the way.
• The Project Manager will need to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and maintain a high level of transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• The role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools,as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

· The Project Manager will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the airline's technology capabilities and contribute to the company's overall success.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in technology project management.
• Experience in the aviation and/or travel industry is desirable.

Skills:

• Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
• Ability to proactively identify project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Competency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
